What does FocusBox Insights show me?
Completed tasks over time, focus time per day, completion trends, your top projects, a productivity score, your shutdown streak, and time estimation accuracy, all for the period you pick: today, yesterday, 7, 30, 90 days, or all time.
What is time estimation accuracy?
Every task in FocusBox has a time estimate and records the real time spent. Estimation accuracy compares the two across your completed work and tells you whether you tend to underestimate or overestimate, and by how much, overall and per project.
Why does estimation accuracy matter?
Because bad estimates are why plans fall apart. If you consistently underestimate deep work by 40 percent, knowing that lets you plan a realistic day instead of an impossible one. Insights turns a vague feeling into a number you can plan around.
Do I have to track time manually?
No. FocusBox records focus time and completions automatically as you work through your day. Insights builds itself from what you have already done.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Any period can be exported to CSV, including task names, projects, planned and actual minutes, and completion times.
Does the streak count come from Insights?
Your shutdown streak comes from the Daily Shutdown ritual: each day you close counts, and the streak shows up both in Insights and as a badge on your Today view.
How far back does it go?
As far as your history. Completed work is kept, so you can look at the last 7 days or your all-time picture.
Is it available on mobile?
Insights is available on the web app. Your rituals and task tracking run across web, iOS, and Android, and all of it feeds the same insights.
