What integrations does FocusBox offer?
FocusBox integrates with Asana, ClickUp, Todoist, Notion, Jira, and Google Calendar. Import your tasks from these tools and manage them with FocusBox focus features.
How do I set up an integration?
Go to Settings, select Integrations, and click Connect next to the tool you want. Follow the authorization steps and your tasks will begin syncing automatically.
Are integrations secure?
Yes. All integrations use OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication. FocusBox never stores your passwords. You can revoke access at any time from your connected service settings.
Can I use multiple integrations at once?
Yes. Connect as many integrations as you need. Import tasks from different tools into separate Boxes or combine them all in one view for a unified task management experience.
Do integrations sync automatically?
Yes. Tasks sync automatically when you open FocusBox. You can also manually trigger a sync from the Integrations page to get the latest changes immediately.
Are integrations available on the free plan?
Yes! Integrations are available on all plans. Free plan users can connect any integration but are limited to 5 tasks total. Premium plans allow unlimited imported tasks.
Does FocusBox sync changes back to the connected tool?
Currently, integrations use one-way import from external tools to FocusBox. This keeps your original workspace intact while you use FocusBox as a focused work environment.
What if my tool is not listed?
FocusBox is constantly adding new integrations. If your preferred tool is not yet supported, contact us and let us know. You can also manually add tasks to FocusBox in the meantime.
